Submit a Claim - Claim Instructions

If you are a U.S. resident who used a credit, debit, or other payment card between February 16, 2016, and July 7, 2016, at some Kimpton hotels and restaurants, you may be eligible for a payment from this Settlement. To receive payment, you must file a Claim Form.

There are two types of payments that are available, Response Expense Reimbursement and Extraordinary Expense Reimbursement, that you can file for. Please review the information in FAQ 7 and FAQ 8 about each type of payment. You may submit a claim for either or both types of payments.

The only way to receive payment is to file a claim via this website or by U.S. Mail. Claim Forms must be submitted online or postmarked no later than August 22, 2019. Claim Forms received after this date will be deemed untimely and may not be accepted.

After clicking the button below, you will be asked to provide your contact information, and then you will be able to select the type of claim you wish to file. Please have all your documentation ready that you wish to provide, as your claim will not be saved if you have to come back and finish at a later time. You will also be asked to provide the Unique ID included with the Email Notice or Postcard Notice, if received.
